Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and Nikola Govorko, Horvatova 89, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia, EU ("we" or "us"). They cover the LocalRankScore website, the free check, the full report and the weekly tips. By using the site, you agree to them.

2. For businesses only

LocalRankScore is a service for businesses. By using it, you confirm that you're using it for your business, not as a private consumer, and that you're at least 18 years old.

3. What you get

The free check gives you a score and your top issues by email. The full report costs $19 USD, paid once. It lists every issue we found, what each one costs you, how you compare with your rivals, and step-by-step fixes for your Google listing. You can open it right after payment, and we also send it by email.

4. Scores are estimates

Our checks use public data from Google Maps and public websites. That data can be wrong, out of date or incomplete, and Google changes how it ranks businesses all the time. Scores, map positions and money estimates are our best estimate, not a promise. We don't guarantee any ranking, number of calls or amount of revenue.

5. Google Maps

Parts of this service use Google Maps features and content. Your use of them is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Payments are handled securely by Stripe. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged. Any currency conversion or bank fees from your card provider are yours to pay.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

8. Fair use

Please use the service the way it's meant to be used. Don't try to break or overload the site, use bots or scripts to run checks in bulk, resell our reports as your own without our written permission, or enter details that aren't true. We may block access for anyone who misuses the service.

9. Check limits and refunds

Each business can get 2 free checks every 30 days, and each email address can request 3 checks a month. Full reports aren't limited. If you get a refund, that business and its website can't use LocalRankScore again, including free checks.

10. Our content

The reports, text, design and code on this site belong to us. You can use your report for your own business and share it with your staff or your web developer.

11. Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to get things right, but the service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for lost profits, lost business or other indirect losses. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. If we can't solve a disagreement by talking, it will be decided by the competent court in Croatia.
