If you're not happy with your report, ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it. You'll get your money back in full, no questions asked.

After a refund, that business and its website can't use LocalRankScore again, including free checks. This keeps the service fair for everyone.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@localrankscore.com with the email you used to pay and your business name. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the same card. Most banks show them within 5 to 10 business days.

Before you dispute a charge

Please write to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. We can almost always sort it out faster that way.
